"I just left this store, as a very unsatisfied customer. I had to argue with a store manager about honoring the price that was on the shoe and he was stubborn about it. So in the process of returning the shoe Justin another manager said he would but said it with such attitude. I just cancelled my purchase. No customer service from management or gabby their cashier. They need to be retrained on their customer service. I’m never going back there again! I’ll take my business where they appreciate their customers."

"Everything in the store was nice. Well mannered staff and interactions. Sadly didn't have a pair in my size that which I wanted,but luckily did have the other pair size in various sizes that I had needed. Thank You Journey's. Sweet in store product stock for a quick stop shop."

"yea the inventory sucks if you call and ask for something in their inventory they will say they have it and then you go to the store and they don’t but they offer another store that does and then that one doesn’t either. Lame!!"

"I would like to take a moment to say this store at South Park is the Best!! As soon as me and my 3 little boys walked in everyone greeted us from each pass through the store. As soon as we walked in it got even busier. A mother of 3 boys I'm not a big fan of the mall, but this experience was such great customer service. The sales young man George helped us above and beyond with such patience. I was dealing with an app and he not once said he didn't know, he continued to help me. Another young man Angel assisted. Each of them with a smile and superb customer service. I thought for sure they'd give up soon, but to my surprise they followed through. They introduced me to a young lady who was another manager making sure our process was going well. It's hard to find people with a great attitude and patience. I told my boys that I'd be proud of them If I was their mother since they had such respect and showed kindness. I was able to purchase my boys shoes, and they walked away happy. Thank you to this team for being so polite and AMAZING. You truly deserve 5+stars. I hope everyone is able to shop with a great experience as we did. Thank you may the Lord bless that Team.
