Erin was able to walk through the process, get me fitted and my suit ordered in a quick amount of time. They got the suit to me ahead of schedule even after the final alterations were made. "After spending over $2,000 on a custom suit for our wedding the picture on the left is what my fiancé would have looked like on our wedding day had I not followed my gut and taken the suit elsewhere to be looked at. From start to finish dealing with Q Clothier was a disorganized mess. Not only did his jacket look terrible but we had to spend more money fixing their mistake because the refused to do anything other than take it back to them. After coming in 3 times for fittings as you can see in the picture on the left not only was the suit atrociously pressed but there is weird puckering around the pleat on the breast.. I knew something looked wrong and when I said something multiple times I was told “this is just how our suits are made”. Ok so you charge $2,000 for sloppy workmanship? Fast forward to bringing the suit in to a reputable Taylor I was told it was an easy fix! I also learned that the bottom of the jacket wasn’t stitched right which they tried to claim was “pic stitching” but the other taylor told me that was completely inaccurate and their Taylor’s just don’t know what they are doing. I would also like to add that I was told by Q Clothier that by taking it somewhere else “the jacket would get ruined” and guess what? It now looks how it’s supposed to! Isn’t that amazing? I was also told that other stores just want to take my money and guess what I spent $80 getting it fixed! Best $80 we ever spent!!!! Long story short if you are looking to spend money on something custom, especially for something as big as your wedding save yourself the headache and don’t waste your money here like we did."
