"Very poor customer service. I came from out of town returned some white vans i had purchased online 3 weeks ago because the sole was tearing already and i called before hand to a lady who said i could return the shoes used and all. When i got to the store the sales associate was super rude asked me for the order number or card i had purchased it with and i showd him my card didnt bother reaching for it and then said i needed to give him my order number so i looked for it and then went for the shoes came back and was very rude and said we dont usually do this. I said i had already talked to someone and they said i could. Very unprofessional and rude will be reaching out to manager."

"Ingram is the best Vans store in San Antonio. It's actually further from my home than both Northstar and La Cantera, but I will drive a little further to shop this location. The store is big, roomy and the employees are great. Today Rithan V helped me with an exchange and cash in some Vans Family points. He was very helpful, friendly and just overall cool."

"I've worn Vans but never actually bought a pair for myself! So when I thought it was time for a new pair of shoes Abram explained and answered my questions clearly! He's very informative of the products but I felt like he did above and beyond when he explained the different types of grips, what projects are new, the pros and cons of each shoe! I honestly felt like I was annoying the guy, but he was very kind. Excellent customer service! Thank you Abram and the staff at Vans ♡"

"Customer service is awful. Went in to purchase a shoe cleaner for my daughter asked the male worker what would work best. His response was they're all the same. They all clean shoes. Clearly there were different types for different shoes. But he cared more about answering his phone. I'm not too familiar with their care so I was looking for some advice. Never returning to this store. Much rather go to North Star Mall"
