"My girlfriend and I purchased a shirt from Lucky Brand 2 weeks ago. We purchased a small because they did not have Xsmall at the store. We purchased the Xsmall online to check to see if it fit better, and it did. Sent my girlfriends daughter, 17, to the mall today to return the small we had purchased at the store. They would not return it as they said it was defective. I would not know how it would be defective as all tags were still on the shirt. Decided to go up to the store myself and was met with a arrogant manager who only wanted to show me her attitude and not customer service. She said a one inch thread was coming off the shirt where the button is, makes the shirt defective and therefore she was not going to return it . She also said the shirt was worn and washed may times. The tag was still on the shirt. Would the cardboard tag come apart in the wash. Yes, the shirt was never worn and never left the bag. She said that I might have better luck if I returned the shirt at a different store. Lucky Brand is not allowing and discouraging customers from returns and exchanges. Not my Lucky Day. Do not believe I would be visiting the Lucky Store anytime in the future either. Although I have been a huge fan in the past. Customer Service as Lucky is non existent."

"Just bought 3 pairs of jeans because of Roberto. I brought my wife expecting just to get her 1 pair, but Roberto was SO kind and helpful that I ended up asking him for help for myself. Wouldn’t have been able to figure out what we needed without his help and we love the jeans he found for us."

"The two sales people there are the most accommodating, helpful, nice, considerate people I have meet at a retail store in years. I am so impressed how committed they were to find the jacket I wanted by calling all the stores. They didnt find the jacket in my size but it wasn't for lack of effort. I really appreciate them and their attempt. That's what customer service is about. : )"

"I bought three pair of lucky jeans all the same size. Unfortunately one didn’t fit. I thought no big deal I’ll just run up there and change them. Sir if you don’t have a receipt or the tag we won’t exchange them. OK I guess I won’t be doing business with lucky brand anymore. I was actually going to buy two additional pair of jeans while I was here. Since They don’t care for me as a consumer I’ll spend my $120 per pair of jeans somewhere else."
