"Had a breakdown on Saturday afternoon on my way to work. I was able to limp the vehicle to Elroy which was the nearest repair shop claiming to be open. I got there and spoke with J.C. Who despite not having the parts on hand, offered to store the vehicle safely until this morning when the parts were available. Was a great help in a trying time and owe him and the Elroy auto crew big time. Thank you!"

"I came to Austin, TX, from Ontario, Canada. After 1600 miles of trip pulling a travel trailer, my truck blew the brand new radiator. I found Elroy automotive near where we parked our travel trailer in Circuit of the America. I was tempted to take the truck to the Toyota dealership, but after I talked to JC at the shop, he was a technician at Toyota dealer, and I used to work at Toyota manufacturing plant. So I was put at ease and he was very polite. After he gave me a written estimate, I gave him a go-ahead, and he completed his work on time. Since I was in a rush to get my truck fixed to go home with another 1600 miles of trip ahead,but then the result spoke itself. I thank you, JC, and I am very much appreciated for your work."
