"I call and was put on hold. I waited on hold about 15 minutes and decided to drive up there leaving my phone on hold. When I get there, I wait in line about 15 minutes, watching the manager "Ray" and another employee putting person after person on hold and never once helping anyone that called. They were laughing about it every time they put another person on hold. I showed them my phone and told them I have been on hold for over 30 minutes and was watching them laugh evertime they put another person on hold. I told them that was not good service especially from a manager and would be putting a review on how they did business"
"Great these guys are always professional and always ready to help you out as soon as you walk in the door and this was a much needed in D.V Tx cause driving across town was getting old fast great place for good parts they still need to get more European parts though but they will supply you with what they have on hand."
"Incompetent employees made a fool out-of my time,my dime and my mind. It went from " your strut will be here tomorrow " to , "wrong part we ordered a shock " to " your part will be in tomorrow " to " your part was never ordered" then, " it will be here teusday". I started the process on a Thursday. A complete waiste of my time. Nothing was accomplished and my car is stuck on jack stands in Liu of my part."
