"I’m a regular customer at HEB in Manvel. I’ve used curbside many times and today when I submitted my order I realized I forgot to check the button to not allow substitutions. I was so worried as my family and myself had specific food allergies. After I asked to be transferred to a manager i was able to speak with the manager Clayton in the curbside department. He did everything in his power for me not to have to cancel my entire order and redo it. He worked diligently to accommodate me without canceling my order. Clayton went above and beyond on customer service he was patient, understanding, and friendly! This is the type of people we need in the world! Thank you Clayton for your prompt attention spent on my order! I LOVE this HEB!"

"Store is nice. Don't like the idea of taking advantage of the customer just because it's Valentine's Day in the floral department. Who's going to pay $62.72 for a bouquet of flowers that's normally priced maybe $30. That's a ridiculous price for a bouquet of flowers. I will not be buying my flowers there! Way overpriced!! See for yourself!!"

"I had a bad experience with the bakery here. I placed a cupcake order and arrived to pick up the order on Sunday, February 4. When I got to the bakery, I was given the sticker for my order and was told to check out and then come back for my cupcakes. This was strange to me as I could’ve just picked out any of the pre-made items and taken them to the checkout. I went to the self-checkout to pay and then turned my cart around and took the receipt to pick up my order. Once I got my order I attempted to leave the store, but my cart locked up at the door. My leg hit the cart (and is still bruised 5 days later) and one of my cupcake containers tumbled over. I flagged down a store associate who apologized and said the carts lock when they don’t go through the register. The bakery associate didn’t tell me this. They offered to have the cupcakes fixed but I needed to leave to go to my event. They took down my name and number and promised to have someone call, but I haven’t heard anything. I definitely won’t be ordering from this bakery again."

"I love this store at 518 and 288. I hadn't been there since I worked for the company as a meat market manager, helping with the grand opening as all of the managers in the Houston division did for every grand opening. That was another life time ago. But stopped in Monday to pick up some emergency things as I was driving through town on my way back to Bay City. And I'm going to say the store is still just as beautiful and clean as it was when it opened. Thank you HEB for being somewhere close by every time you're needed."
