"Happened to see someone at local HEB carrying their cup and did quick search and went there the next day. This is a drive-thru coffee stand and a couple of chairs outside. Walked up to order so we could look at the menu. Got Redemption coffee and iced Destiny coffee. Coffee was very good with nice sweet flavors. Staffer who helped us was very nice. Glad they were open on New Years Day. It was a nice treat."

"The menu is very intoxicating, and the choices were difficult, but I opted for the Redemption. Vanilla and lavender with espresso over ice. Deliciously smooth and velvety!!! barista’s were friendly and attentive. Wanted me to taste the drink and make sure it was to my liking so that if it was not, they could fix it. Never had Starbucks say that to me. I am hooked!!!"

"First time at Hellcat Coffee will definitely make a stop next time we’re out this way. My husband got the hellcat and I got an Italian strawberry soda. I’m not a coffee fan but my husband said the espresso was really good. I have never heard of Italian soda before but it is now a favorite. Not sure sweet and very refreshing."
