"Very disappointed. Received the wrong color of tuxedo for my dad's 50th anniversary. 50th wedding is supposed to be gold and they gave him a black tuxedo. We didn't realize until the day of the event that it was the wrong one. When confronted, he didn't admit to being wrong. He said it was $20 deposit and was only given $10 back. Aside from getting the tux wrong and not getting a discount, he decided to be petty and not give full deposit back. Very bad treatment/customer service! Don't recommend"

"Had a wedding earlier this month, took my groomsmen to get fitted and I told the staff I wanted everyone's tux to be the same. We picked them up on the day of the wedding, and they were all mismatched. Vests, shirts, shoes and coats were all different, and one of my guys didn't get a bow tie."
