"The place is a complete mess. The employees are very unhelpful.. and are all dressed horrendously and not professional for work. What happened to the all black professional dress code? One employee's shirt even appeared dirty and unsanitary. My sister used to work at jcpenny last winter, and management never allowed employees to sit back and talk like they do now. I could not even tell who is an employee and who is not because they all seemed like they were hanging out in the store for fun. Very unhelpful and awkward experience.. too many of them.. and in the way."

"Went to exchange something for the same price (both items) and were charging me $18 extra! I kindly asked to talk to the manager and the manager ( Salvador Rodriguez an old tall man like in his 70’s) came very rude and said I don’t understand don’t you see the difference between the two? Which I said the price is the same and he said “ don’t care about the price do you see them different?” Then I asked to talk to someone higher than him which he called very kind woman Mayda Garcia assistant manager and fixed everything! People please speak up. No one has the right to talk to you that way! You are a client and are purchasing something. Sad that he is part of the manager team at JCPenney (the mall)."
