"Worst customer service and unwanted feeling. I went there today was looking for jackets to buy . I was about to ask one of the ladies for a specific size and she totally ignored me with a little attitude like if I was wasting her time. And then other ones did not acknowledge me. Now the store was not busy at the time no reason to ignore me. Then I went upstairs to shop for a specific cowboy hat the two gentlemen there did not even acknowledge me as well one of them was working on a hat the other one was texting on his phone. So I went up to ask him if the store carries the open road Stetson hat . He looked at me with a disturbed look on his face and answered me with a an attitude his answer was “ I’ve never heard of that type of hat “ and he went back to texting. The other dude totally ignored me too . I just got out and very disappointed and it’s not the first this happens I’ve been to this store three separate times and it’s been the same experience. Boot jack owners if you’re reading this you need to straighten your employees out at this store . I’m still wondering how this store is still open with these types of miserable clowns working the store. I will never go to this store again. I will shop and spend my hard earned money where I’m am attended to and greeted with a smile."

"Horrible customer service! The girl at the front was super rude to the customers had a attitude with everyone. Upstairs they barely even wanted to help us. My husband wanted to get his boots in a different since he got them in the wrong size and he asked the man upstairs if they had them in a different size and the man ignored his question and just took him to see the boots. He was being rude the whole time we would ask him question and he would answer like we were bothering him. My husband and I felt so uncomfortable while looking for a pair of boots that he just pick some random ones from feeling so uncomfortable and. pleasured…."

"Went in for a pair of boots this place has a variety of styles and selection. Went over to pay and a young man by the name of AJ was at the register and attended us with Great Customer Service and real polite along with a Female Manager that was there at that time. I really appreciate there customer service this Manager has great leadership!!! I recommend this location."
