"Reminds me of a mini country store but maybe cause I'm use to the bigger ones. Texas steak burrito is the shyt. So juicy and flavorful. Wish there was a dipping sauce. Then they didn't have any fudge there unless I missed where it was. Outside of that the staff was friendly and I could possibly go back"
"Worst experience ever today. I went in to get a little ice for my tea (that I purchased else were).. my drink was still pretty full so there wasn’t much room! I asked and I was advised it would cost $0.79 for a FULL CUP.. At the register I told them that I barley got any ice but here is $.56 I have to get the rest from my car.. as I’m trying to walk out to my car the cashier chasing me to the door to stop me. The night manager Kyle was standing right there. I explained that I just was going to go to my car real quick to get the rest of the money. He made me leave my drink there to make sure I come back to pay the remaining 20 CENT, because some people are just “bad actors” he said! I was embarrassed and treated like a thief over a little ice? A full bag of ice cost $2!!"
"I used to go to the Buc-ee's in waller tx, but it's over exaggerated (crowded). Just driving in the parking lot is an accident waiting to happen. So I came to the one on Mason Rd, no better..I got a breakfast croissant and they just scooped the egg, not even tried to spread it on the sandwich and the tots were stale, they must of been old because I saw the lady put them in their little oven. Boy, was it smoking. I'm done with Buc-ee's"
"Always love Buc-ee’s! It is, however one of the smaller stores that don't have all the awesome, "uniquely Texas wares". The product selection was good. They don’t have a huge food selection but they do have BBQ sandwiches and yogurt etc. Friendly staff, ample parking and lots of gas pumps. There is also a nice car wash."
