"Stopped in before work. Had 2 people in front of me. Asked them politely not to check the air filters (they still did) as I had to drive across the city for work. It took 1 hour and 15min for me to be in and out. Actual work is great like always just the wait time. I usually go to the dairy Ashford location close to westhiemer. They are great, specially with time. It's worth driving 5 minutes down the road instead. Lesson learned."

"Mixed review here. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Place was very clean. They opened promptly at 8am as advertised. The "personal" side of the experience was honestly 4 or even 5 stars. However, $125 for a synthetic oil change is ridiculous. Several competitors have regular prices or coupons that are in the 65-$75 dollar range so we will most definitely never go back to Jiffy Lube. Strongly recommend you look elsewhere if you're looking for value."
