"I’ve had two very poor experiences with this location. The first happened in September of 2023 when they would not inspect my truck saying the tint was too dark. They said they wouldn’t officially fail it to save me money. I took it to another location and lo and behold, not a word about my tint. It passed without any issues. The second I stance happen today, December 17th. I brought my wife’s Jeep in for inspection. The first thing I noticed was that all the parking spaces near the front door were full. I figured they must be busy. I walked in and there were 4 staff members in the lobby, no other customers. When I inquired about an inspection I was told their computer was down and they couldn’t do it. They didn’t say when it would be fixed or offered any other solutions. I cannot send my wife there for any other service as they have and will try to sell her things that are not needed. I realize they have to sell items to stay in business but they don’t seem to understand proving good , honest customer service will pay off in the long run"
"Went in for a state inspection. Was told the wait would be about 30 minutes before they'd start it, which was no big deal for me. I sat down and waited after giving them my keys. Awhile later they called me over to input information on my vehicle, and said I had failed. Surprised, I asked them what failed my vehicle. They said my wiper blade was torn, but just one of them. I'm a girlie girl, so normally I'd take that and believe it... however... I literally just paid premium for some brand new wipers my dad installed for me not even 3 months prior... to top this off, it's been raining the past few days, so I've used my wipers not even 2 days before this inspection. I think I would've noticed the 2-3 inch tear on my driver side wiper blade. I looked at the windshield line as I also haven't washed my car in probably 6 months... very solid and clean sharp line that I'm pretty sure wouldn't be the case with my 2-3inch torn wipers... to make it very clear, I believe they tore my wiper blade so I'd purchase their $25 blade replacement in store, which I regretfully did. My mother and sister had completely different experience here with their two separate vehicles. I'd say, single young ladies definitely beware going here, I'm very disappointed with the service I received."
"As this was a new place, thought of giving it a try for State inspection. The did the inspection and then came back and told that I need to replace wiper blades inorder to pass the inspection. I told them I serviced this vehicle 3 months back where I replaced wiper blades and I think I drove in rain for only 2 - 3 times after that. I denied and they failed me, collected the inspection charge and told to get it replaced by them for $25.99 or buy it somewhere and get it fixed through them. My usual place where I go for the last 10 years never did that to me. I told them that I am disappointed and I would never come to this place due to this upselling practice. Before connecting to their machine & charging me they should have told me about wiper blade just by inspecting the vehicle. Bad customer service :-( Straight away took it to my usual establishment and I was able to pass inspection in 15 minutes."
