"Not a great experience, some factors understandably out of your hands but... if you know a certain filter is popular then you should want to keep it in stock. Waited an hour only to leave with oil all over my windshield and wipers, attempt to clean was made but definitely did not clean up your whole mess and had to leave with my old oil filter because the solution was to make me drive to a different location for the filter since auto zone didn't have it either. We received a military discount since my partner is a veteran. Nothing done to show apologies for poor service... 2 oil changes and we spent over $400. Please do better guys, Ronnie tried but the people skills are not there."

"My husband went at 8 this morning for an oil change. By 8:40am it was done. Perfect. However, when it came time to pay he waited over a HOUR because they didn't have change for $100. Ridiculous. We thought we found a perfect place but wrong. NEVER GOING BACK"

Not only was I in and out of the establishment quicker than most of my experiences with shops everything that was requested was completed with the upmost most but swift service as well. When it was time for the additional findings of my vehicle not only did he automatically translate in a way anyone could understand he explained the importance of why it was even brought to my attention. I never felt pressured to accept any addition services, nor did i feel i was being overcharged or charged for unnecessary maintenance. However after having someone translate terms and reasons of importance so friendly and calmly. How could you not allow the service to be done by them after being so reassured and set at ease, with proof to boot? Not only were both filters and importance explained for example, but were also removed from the vehicle so that the condition of them were able to be validated by the actual owner to completely establish trust."

"If you're looking for a quick in/out state inspection process, do not go to Jiffy Lube. An otherwise 15 to 20 minutes state inspection took an hour. I have been driving for 30 years and I've NEVER had an inspection take this long. The catch was...they were trying to get a sale in addition to a state inspection. They literally pulled my car in as if i were requesting an oil change, lifted my hood, took out my cabin/air filter, as well as other things to tell me how these items needed to be replaced. Sir, I'm here for a state inspection, not an overall assessment of my car. They had conducted every check first but what i came in for: a state inspection. I understand the "sale" tactic, but I had things to do and wasn't there to check my oil filter and other filters. I will not be returning."
