"I’ve taken my truck to this shop a several times and was happy the service. However, this week when they installed a grill guard on my truck unfortunately, when I picked my truck up my Ray Ban sunglasses that are always kept in middle console were missing. My other belongings were shuffled around and out of place. I called the shop to inform them and spoke to the manager. However, the manger transferred the call to the technician that worked on my truck. The technician spoke to me in Spanish and explained that the manger could not understand my English. Very rude. The did not take accountability or express any sympathy. They also proceeded to hang up the call. They just lost a customer."

I took my Truck to install a train horn, after waisted of time coming and back, taking for ever to be install, because always was something wrong, they finished it. After 7 months my truck set on fire on my driveway ‘cause the horrible electric connection have done. Proved it by Fire Department. I will never never coming back."
