I first went to Computer Hospital om Santa Maria paid $35 just to get a diagnostic and the man was rude and sarcastic with me at first. He also didn't clean or try to fix my laptop. Never going there again! Right after I went straight to iGadget to get a second opinion and Frank was welcoming when I walked in. He informed me that there was no attempt from the other place to fix or clean my laptop but that he would do whatever he could to fix it and the diagnostic was FREE. "Great service. I went to a different store about battery/power problems with my iPhone 5. They told me they replaced the battery and that it did not help. They assured me it was a motherboard issue and the fix would cost $100+. I felt it was BS so I came to iGadget instead. They called me the next day and told me it was simply a battery issue and replaced it with a different iPhone 5 battery I had free of charge. I feel like I can trust iGadget and will definitely be going there for any other phone problems I have."
