"My lift was done by the Sister Company but the brake line was fixed at this location with Joey. Joey stated that my break line was cut due to "rodents chewing on the break line" his technician didn't bother to check the lines, just replaced them cause I was driving with NO BRAKES. I knew something wasn't right but JOEY WOULDN'T HEAR ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS. He wouldn't entertain that something else may be happening to the break lines and his suspension he installed. He charged me $200 to fix something that his suspension caused. IF JOEY IS MANAGING THIS SHOP THE WAY HE MANAGES HIS OTHER SHOP, THEN BE PREPARED FOR BAD REVIEWS/BAD SERVICE/BAD INSTALLATIONS AND POSSIBLY LOSING YOUR LIFE TO YOUR BRAKES BEING CUT BECAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING."

"Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long, long time. I walked in today to have a 3” lift done and add a front stabbing shock on my 2020 Wrangler. I was greeted by the owners and staff first thing in the morning. Friendly and knowledgeable they insured me my Jeep was in good hands. Fast forward to the pick-up and again very pleasant exchange, good run down of the work done, and I’m on my way. An hour or so later I’m hear a clinking sound, pull over and saw the my tie rod had come completely off on one side. I clicked a picture and called right away broken down and helpless. First off this had nothing to do with workmanship, or anything that was done by them At all , but they still sent a mechanic to fix the issue roadside, and both the owners and their awesome son show up to offer their own personal Jeep to use while they have my Jeep towed back to the shop to do a thorough check over of the rest of my suspension the next day. I thank them from the bottom of my heart, and they will have my business for life. God Bless to all at Maxd Alt for being great all around people, and now good friends."
