"Do not take your car here! My car is BRAND NEW. A 2023 Durango. They were the first to be under the hood and the first to change the oil in my car and within 10 minutes of leaving this place my oil pressure light came on and my check engine light. My car was SMOKING. I was on the highway looking up where to go that could help me. I took it to the only place open near me on a Sunday after 5 pm and they said When the people at jiffy lube changed the oil, the oil filter/cartridge housing was not tightened properly , and the pressure built up and blew out the oil filter housing pump. There was oil all over my engine and on the undercarriage of my car. There was ZERO OIL in my car when I arrived at the other shop. The people at Mieneke said my car would have been a total loss if I had drove it a little bit longer. The only thing Jiffy lube did was refund the mess of an oil change they did and offer me free oil changes. They didn’t even want to refund what I paid at the other shop that fixed what they had done. I’d never go there again even if I was paid to do so. They told me my car was fine now so there’s not a problem. And even said they’d investigate because it’s “not possible for that to happen if the cartridge filter wasn’t tightened properly” (which I know is not true due to research and talking to other experienced mechanics) my car was perfectly fine before taking it here. I almost lost my new car due to their mistakes that they refuse to acknowledge."
