"I've been to this Starbucks location multiple times, since it's closer to my sister house, everytime they would mess up my order: No toppings, missing ingredients, coffee being burned, weird tastes, etc. And the employees are always having an attitude (can't say for everyone else), everytime I order here. But the moment I go to another Starbucks shop, also in Grand Prairie, the service quality is completely opposite."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. I am highly disappointed. I visited this location on 1/21/24 and I did a mobile order for drive through pick up because the drive through line was super long. Upon arriving to the window I was told that I had not stopped at the speaker so my drink was not ready when I had stopped at the speaker box prior to pulling up to the window. Upon receiving my drink I took a sip and noticed that I was given a grande sized cup of milk of warm milk. Yes, you read it correctly.. MILK. I am a paying customer. I was not rude or mean to any of the barista's so I do not understand why I was given a cup of milk with no coffee. I want my money back."

"I love the vibe of this Starbucks and I'm happy that they continue to do so much business, but they really need help creating a more efficient system. I place mobile orders from home, but my drinks are never ready when I arrive and it is not unusual to wait anywhere from ten to fifteen minutes. I know I am not alone as a crowd always surrounds the counter. I hope they can figure it out, or I'm going to have to find another place to get my coffee and breakfast."
