"Worst company to work specially HR with Diana Galicia she’s never there for the workers it’s hard to get in contact with her. Bad training, they don’t pay you how it supposed to and always mess with the average."
"When you get there, most likely noone will be in their security shack. the phone number on the page on window is not active and invalid. You most likely will be stuck trying to get someone to acknowledge your arrival and will most likely have to walk around knocking on doors in hopes someone will open to deliver the load they ordered. No parking available. Wish you luck... 7-23-23 , not open at noon. incorrect info. No cars in parking lot, no one in security shack,"
"Delivered my trailer on Sunday morning, was told that it would be 1-2 days to unload. It is now Thursday and I still don't have my trailer back. Not a good way to do business, missing loads because of them."
"5 days and still waiting to get unloaded! Trailer still not even in a door! Never again! This place is a joke! No communication, no contacts. Total wait time was 7 days! When I told them I was charging hundreds of dollar$ a day detention, and that I'd just take the loaded trailer and drop it across town, they finally came out, popped the seal, and got me unloaded. The yard dog damaged the trailer. I'll never take a load here again."
