"Delivered my trailer on Sunday morning, was told that it would be 1-2 days to unload. It is now Thursday and I still don't have my trailer back. Not a good way to do business, missing loads because of them."

"5 days and still waiting to get unloaded! Trailer still not even in a door! Never again! This place is a joke! No communication, no contacts. Total wait time was 7 days! When I told them I was charging hundreds of dollar$ a day detention, and that I'd just take the loaded trailer and drop it across town, they finally came out, popped the seal, and got me unloaded. The yard dog damaged the trailer. I'll never take a load here again."
