"Did an oil change with my own filters and oil ; they overfilled and when i talk to the guy at the counter about that, he replied : please dont even tell me that for only half gallon of oil you complained. Anyway thats why they work there and not in a real shop , first and last time at any TA service , just use a real shop for any work on your truck , any mechanic or tech will know to not overfill the motor oil at any other place"

"AVOID THIS PLACE! Been here since 1015 this morning! They are the slowest and laziest shop workers ever!! Came in for 2 trailer tires...yup just 2.EASY TO DO. ANYONE CAN DO THIS!!! NOW IT IS 812PM AT NIGHT. 10 FREAKIN HOURS!!!! WHAT! TO WHOM EVER THIS MY REVIEW DOWN, I CAN DO THIS ALL DAY EVERYDAY. I HAVE PLENTY OF TIME BECAUSE OF YOU."
"Went into shop with ac issues...had to wait for several hours. Romeo and Sharron helped me. Got ac fixed and found a wheel seal leaking and Romeo was ending his shift. Sharron called to see if the next shift mech. Would come in early...he said no! But Romeo stepped up to the plate...stayed past his quitting time to get me fixed! Still working on my truck when the next shift came in. Thanks to Romeo and Sharron I was able to be on my way the next morning! Romeo 's attention to my truck was outstanding! Sharron was also great customer service was outstanding! Can't say much for the other guys that came in later. Thanks Romeo and Sharron!"
