"The only VW dealership in DFW worth going to. They have the best parts department and staff in Texas. They are also knowledgeable about what you need and will ensure that you don't buy anything that you don't need. Their part fitment check is 100% on point every single time. They also don't try to rip your face off on the price of parts as every single other dealer in a 100mile radius does. I drive 2hrs each way and still save thousands on parts from this store. I'm always met with a friendly smile and a helpful, knowledgeable, and intelligent staff member. I'm also in and out in under 5min with the parts I need. This dealership is run how every single VW dealership should be. Unfortunately it's the only one like it. If you own a VW and go anywhere else for parts or services you're definitely not only overpaying, but also having work done poorly, and work done that doesn't need to be done to begin with. They also wont miss work that needs to be done unlike other dealers. My family has purchased and owned VWs since our 1st 1974 bug until our newest addition of the atlas. This is the only store our friends and family will do business with. I recommend them highly and hope you give them a shot next time you get a quote from your local dealer on anything. I would even pay more to do business with a dealership that I know will take care of my needs not only now but in the future.. the best part is, I have never had to pay more here."

"Bobby Beck's VW and employee's were great they needed a part to fix my car and due to the virus they did not receive it for 8 months. However they were great and provided me with another car for use. The only problem I have had was not getting return calls from Senior customer service at the Corporate office. After days of calling. This is not fair as I paid cash for the car and they had it longer then I have. I wanted to discuss an extension on the warranty. I am over 70 and I feel I am not being treated with respect by the Corporate office."
