"I went to the Cielo Vista location before opening time ( 10:00am ) on 2/09/24 to buy a pair of women's air Jordan as special gift for my daughter. There was a young female attendant before I got there , I was sitting in front of the store waiting for 10 am , she opened the gate 5 minutes before 10 and completely ignored my good morning greeting got out and closed the gate . She came back 3 minutes later and ignored me again opened and close the gate , after her 2 more employees came in opened and closed the gate and did the same , ignoring me completely and it was past after 10:05 am already. Finally a couple minutes they opened the gate , and the guy asked me if I need any help , once again not even greeting me at all . I asked for the shoes i wanted to buy and he directed me to the register podium were the other 2 employees were just talking to each other , didn't care that I was standing waiting for them to charge and get out of there . Few second's FINALLY the same attendant that opened and closed the gate ignoring me earlier just gave me a look and asked me what do I wanted ...Just a Yes ?? ( kind of what do you want??) I told her that I was waiting for my shoes to arrive to the counter. Finaly shoes were dropped and she scanned them and gave my total, not even a thank you or any minimum customer service at all . I will never go back . Really upsetting visit."

"Ryan went above and beyond for us! When they didn’t have my shoe size he referred us to the website, and was very patient with us since the website took forever to load. Ultimately he found the shoe I wanted in my size at another location and called ahead and had them hold it for us. Thanks Ryan for such great service!"

"IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Went in yesterday for Father’s Day, was not greeted not one associate in sight and until a girl walked by me which I asked for a size got a NASTY look, and once I went to check out I waited at least 10 minutes for someone to cash me out a guy with a bun and beard had a mad face didn’t even get my account info as if I was the one disturbing him, never again finish line you lost me as a customer I’ll be going elsewhere to do my shoe shopping. Also, either they need to get new employees or management needs to step in."

"I was expecting the usual "hi how are you" then points me into the direction of what I'm looking for type of service, but I was very surprised. The whole store had this very optimistic and upbeat vibe. Everyone was welcoming and warm. It was nice to joke around with them. I had Anabel help me out, she could not of been sweeter or more friendly. She stuck with me every step of the way making sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Great service all around."
