"This guy does not sale what he advertises. I looked at all the pictures online and sent some one to pick the car up. When it got to me it looked like a totally different car. There was cigarette burns in all of the seats, hub cap missing, and alternator was out. He charged battery so it would start when my guy got there then wouldn’t start anymore. I called him the next day he was open to ask about alternator and he told me it’s your car you do what you want with it. Car is terrible and horrible customer service. Should of known you get what you pay for."

"I know this is a very critical rating. Please note that many people have different experiences with this dealership. Mine was less than enviable. I called to inquire about a vehicle's history (number of owners, accident history, services, etc.), and the response I received was, "I don't have any of that." I asked about a CarFax report (that was formerly offered on their website), and the response was, "Yeah, they cost about 30 bucks." Now, I have grace for this. These are privileges that, while helpful, won't be offered at every dealership. I get that. However, what really defined my experience was when the person hung up on me. I was hoping to still see the car. I was even willing to buy a CarFax report, myself, but the guy cut me off mid-sentence. To be fair, it was almost 8 PM when I called, so maybe it was just the time of day or other unknown circumstances. Then again, it was rude and unprofessional, and it's simply bad business. Long-story short, I'm not making the drive out to Parker County, not for this kind of service. Hope this helps someone else."

"They will lie about down payment. They promised to give us our down payment back due to such a bad car they had for sale. They randy will dodge your calls he says he is a Christian man and a man of his word. He will lie to you and than not pick up your call and chance he gets. Buyer beware unless you want to be screwed stay away"
