"I had my vehicle due to the warranty they offered and 2 years later the workmanship they did on my door malfunction the bolt pop out due to the winds. Go in today talked to Leonardo just looks at it and tells me “oh that doesn’t cover the warranty” you did the job, you replaced the door..with this type of pick and choose if your going to warranty it doesn’t work. You just loose customer from your paint shop to your sales because I will never ever buy anything from Tiptop Ford. Its just me but I will tell everyone that I can of the service you offer and to never go to you."
