"The people who work here are amazing and helpful, but the prices are insane for somethings. When we moved here I went to get some camping chairs while waiting for our furniture. There was a used Walmart camping chair that sells new for $5.88 and they were selling it for $12.99 and it wasn’t even in great condition. I just left and went across the street and bought a new one. I would rather have bought a used one to prevent waste in the world. But $12.99 for a used Walmart brand chair that retails for under $6 dollars is just crazy!"
"Overpriced to be receiving all the merchandise for free. Shirts with holes or decolored for $6 up to $19. Jackets for $47. Jeans and pants for $20 Ross, Butlington even Walmart has better clothes at the same price."
"I found some good deals but their pricing is all over the board. $30 for used, no name brand coats is steep. Appreciated their military discount. I’d return, but just be selective, not everything is a good deal."
"Savers (1700 Zaragoza) is a good store that has a variety of items for ages. From that hard to find extension cord to that piece of clothing that looks good on you. There are several problems though, no one can try on clothes, fitting rooms have been removed. One needs to first purchase the item take it home and see if it fits. Here is where the problems get bigger. You have 14 days to bring back the item, which is okay, the thing is that you would need to find something of the same price or higher in order to be able to get a refund. Apparently it's a stores policy not to return any money or any type of credit to the customer. Everything has to be done within 14 days. When speaking to a manager they also stated that nothing can be done about it. If those 14 days pass by and the customer doesn't find anything, apparently the store will keep the money. I understand this isn't your regular Walmart, Dillard's, or Macy's but for a non-profit that is one hell of a way to keep money in their pocket!!!!! No where in the policy does it state that store credit will not be given. For example, if a customer purchases $30 an items and for whenever reason needs to return $20 worth of those items, customer needs to find $20 worth of new items due to they will not split up those $20 of returns. Everything has to be done in one purchase. This is stealing."
"My daughter has a heart of gold. She works for a daycare which shall remain unnamed because that is not the purpose of this post. She is always looking for toys to buy out of her pocket. So we went to Savers to save some money. It was so clean and so well organized. I could tell that time and effort is put into this store. She found quite a few Barbies and some clothes. Highly recommend."
