My mission was to buy a pair of running shoes, but I left with shoes, cleaner, and socks! I will definitely shop here again in the near future! Thank you Alexis and Will for being so kind!"

"Went in hoping to get a new pair of shoes. As I was looking around I found two shoes that I liked and I tried them on as they were my size. I kindly asked the employee Carina if it were possible to get my size in a brand new box and not the display. This employee, very rudely informed me that the display shoes are not to be worn. The employee walked into the stockroom and walked right back out not even five seconds later to rudely inform me that there is no size available in both shoes. The employee Carina then began to gossip about the situation with her co-worker. I’ve encountered several unprofessional employees at this location, but this by far has to be my worst experience."

"Just ledt the store, guy at the register didn't even acknowledge us. My husband wanted to buy a pair of tennis but neither of the two sales person took the time to ask if we needed help. They didn't even look at us when we walked out. I don't think Finish line would like this kind of service, especially when you loose a sale of $110 X 3."
