I shop at this location because they closed the west location recently and I've always had exceptional service here from everyone I speak to. If there's something that you don't like or like the way something is being handled then say something. Don't wait to go home to become a keyboard warrior."

"I live out of town, my son lives in El Paso. I want to purchase a suit for him so I called the Hawkins Blvd location and asked what we could work out. Basically, I was sighed at and sort of "semi-tolerated" on the phone and given a list of excuses as to why they could NOT help me instead of a way to figure out how to help me. This shows that the employees are there solely for their hourly paycheck. They do not care that I'm trying to spend $800 at their store. They do not care that I would be a repeat customer with a custom suit every year for the foreseeable future. Pure laziness and disdain for anyone who asks for them to do anything out of the ordinary. Shameful. If this were my business, I'd be appalled that my employees are driving away business because of their "don't expect anything but the bare minimum from me" attitudes. Unfortunately, I guess I will be looking elsewhere for my annual custom suit purchase for my adult son's Christmas present. I am, however, open to Men's Wearhouse making it right, if they care..."

"I’ve been going to Men’s Wearhouse for years and unfortunately I have to knock it down a start because of the service received while being fitting for a wedding party. We eventually decided to purchase our suits and during my fitting, I just didn’t get that confident feeling or solid fashion advice like previous fittings/purchases."

"Customer service was top notch! My buddy got married and we were clueless, anxious and out of time. They got us informed, dressed and on time. Absolutely spectacular, we looked sharp at the wedding too. I definitely recommend these folks."

"Very bad service, order came out wrong. Not reliable or dependable at all! Suit rental for wedding with out of town groomsmen. Thought this would be easy for everyone to get fitting. Everyone has had one issue or another. Employees wear poor fitted suits and pants just trying to get through work. No pride in their work and go back on their word. I didn’t bother getting names of them. Many have been here for a long time they tell me, meaning no recourse for their actions. Careful when u shop here. Empty promises. Make sure you get any promises in very clear writing!"
