"Food was so good and very affordable. We got 1 meat choice, 5 sides, a biscuit or cornbread, dessert and a drink for $12.99. The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. They explained how everything worked. They even have TV dinners available starting at $7"
"This place is a must go. Everything is delicious! Portion sizes are huge, and the price is unbeatable. I’ve come several times, and always leave happy and full. Come support this family owned business! They deserve so much recognition for the quality of this establishment."
"The food is absolutely delicious! I’ve been craving home cooked soul food and that’s exciting what I got here at Docs Cafeteria! You won’t regret eating here! I got the bbq ribs collard greens and cabbage and it was all so good!"
"We had lunch at Doc's Cafeteria. There was plenty of parking and no waiting in line. The service was very fast. The meals are served cafeteria style so you grab your tray and have a seat. The Food was very good and they even had pecan cobbler. The staff was very eager to assist and checked in with us a few times as we ate. I would suggest giving this establishment a try. I hope to see you there."
"Simple, southern style home cooking. Decor is understated, dining/buffet are clean. Staff are friendly and attentive. One price for choice of 1 meat, up to 5 sides, cornbread/biscuit, choice of dessert- pick the pecan cobbler- and a drink. Food is flavorful- beef tips were very tender, perhaps a but underseasoned, but that comes down to personal taste. Dorothy Lee is the owner of Doc's as well as 2 other restaurants in town - Royal Seafood/Lee's Cafe and Bucket of Love. Please visit one or all of her restaurants - she is a hard working woman and it shows in her food/restaurants!!!"
