"Furniture was delivered and installed but delivery drivers damaged our metal roof. Unfortunately, I was not there to see when the damage occurred but no other vehicle have backed up where the damage occurred. I am 100 percent sure the damage was caused by the delivery crew, but I guess it's my word against theirs. LAINGS did not accept responsibility."
