"Spent 10 minutes trying to get the right associate on the phone. Go through 45 seconds of advertisements, then you get no option for the department your trying to reach, then when you dial zero and finally get someone they ask if you can be put on hold and without answering they put you on hold anyway. Then after 20 rings someone answers and they dont have what you need. Terrible!"

"8/21/2018 Showed up to have a simple flat repair. Walked inside and was standing at the desk at 6:30pm. Stood at the fest for 20 min waiting for someone to wait on me. At 6:50pm a guy walks up and tells me that they can’t repair it today. Because they close at 7. Understandable if they would have been busy but they had 1 van inside that they were finishing and 3 people watching 1 guy work. I will not EVER consider buying a battery or tire from Sams again. Probably best that it happened that way any ways. If you can’t plug and patch a nail hole in the belt of a tire in 10 min you probably shouldn’t be working on vehicles."
