"The kid who was working here for his dad was very nice. However zero knowledge on the cars. The cars here are bought at auction and basically come in pretty trashed. Couldn't test drive a few because of flat tired but they were advertising them? Strange but again, nice service so don't want to step on that."

"I was told by Billy that certain items of the car I was purchasing would be fixed... they were not. He lied about fixing them just to get the car off the lot. He was also very passive aggressive in text format and sent me messages asking about business as late as 10pm on a Friday evening. Paperwork was filled out incorrectly according to the Lubbock tax assessor's office, and Billy did not address this issue other than saying "here is the number for the tax assessor in Lynn county, maybe she will have something else to say." I would not recommend this to anyone looking for a car, especially if you live in Lubbock."
"If not in a hurry to jump in buying a vehicle give Parco a call. He can find the vehicle you are looking for at a much better price. You will have to have your own financing, they do not carry notes."
