"I took a dress in for bodice alteration, paid for it and it was promised on 2/7. I went to pick it up at 4pm on the 2/7 and was told that they were working on it and it would be ready after 5pm. I picked it up at 5pm, took it to my granddaughter. After trying it on, there was no change…it had not been altered! The dress was for a dance and now there’s no time to take it elsewhere!!!"
