"I went in to shop the store today, not looking for anything specific- just shopping, and apparently the little girl working there grew suspicious and would not let me shop in peace. She came up to me 15 times asking me if I needed anything- everytime I said no I’m just browsing. I am a member- and spend a lot of money here. Today you lost a good sale. I guarantee I would have made a purchase if I had been allowed to Look around at the merchandise with out some little girl treating me like a thief. It was very disturbing and offensive, I could not even get comfortable to shop."

"This is a wonderful place to shop at great customer service all the time upon entering the store. Someone is also there to greet you. The cashiers are very friendly and courteous to you upon making your purchases. I would give this store a 10 store if it existed, however I can settle for a 5 star store anytime."

"The customer service was horrible. The cashier had an attitude for no reason. I had to ask her the same thing twice, and she was very rude. I always come here to by my underwear, and this is not the only time the ladies at the register have an attitude and are mean, I just didnt want to write a review and waste my time, but I’m tired of the horrible service, I will not be getting anything from this store anymore."

"Store is really nice. This retail store is like the old school V. Secret stores presented themselves. All items were displayed beautifully, neatly, by size, etc. Some of the newer stores were so far below V. Secrets high standards it was just sickening . I personally viewed these stores while traveling with my husband throughout the United States.. there were bins and boxes on top of the tables with bras, panties, clothing, bath and body products dumped in them, tacky, horrific clearance clothing hung up all around the store that had no rhyme or reason.... dirty carpet throughout and broken couches, dressing room doors, and yada, yada, yada. Don't even ask about the employees.... poorly trained, knew zero about products, could barely operate registers, no member of management team to be found on the floor... was told they were on the phone in the back and couldn't be interrupted. Crazy and chaotic atmospheres. Anyway, this store was immaculate, 3 maybe 4 employees there on a SUNDAY!! These girls were all knowledgeable, very helpful and mannerly. This store represents what Victoria's Secret reputation WAS 20 plus years ago... respected, quality merchandise, trained, personable staff, beautifully designed stores that were an absolute treat for women to shop at. LASTLY, I can say all of the above because I worked in a store as my second job 22 years ago and to me personally, I looked forward to going, did not dread going to this job, even though I was exhausted from my main, full time career. That speaks volumes. This store obviously has spot on management and trained staff to prove it. Ladies.... this store makes you hopeful that V Secret stores across the board, reverts to their original stores procedures, etc. They really impressed me plus this store was a sheer pleasure to shop in, on every level. Please recognize these women in some special way at this store... they are clearly displaying the high standards you as a company displayed and demanded years ago!! I know for me personally, on line shopping from VS will pretty much cease....Ill be shopping in this store and I'm looking forward to my next visit. Feel good trip for me... Understatement!!! Loved it."

"I am living in the new neighborhood, in The Highlands, and I was very excited because a VS store recently opened near me. Well I visited today trying to find my mist fragrances. The one I wanted is already sold out, but one of the two cashiers offered me the trial bottle and I gladly agreed to buy it. In fact, I was so happy to get the one, even online. When he was in line at the register ready to pay, but the other cashier didn't know how to sell the test item, so he asked one of the managers. The so called manager was the rudest girl I have ever seen working in any Victoria Secret store before. Her body language spoke for her. She rolled her eyes a lot and obviously she didn't like it when someone offered me to buy an item that isn't in the system to sell (and I understand that), but that was the worst way to put it. She just said "we can't... blah blah blah", she never said "sorry" or showed another apology expressing empathy or anything else. Anyway, I'm so sorry if I caused trouble for the girl who tried to make me happy by selling me the BOTTLE THEY'RE NEVER GOING TO USE AGAIN, because, if they discontinued the fragrance, she's going to be a TESTER TO SELL WHAT? So 100% disappointed I somehow felt racism from that manager."
