"The staff was super helpful and patient as my daughter, baby granddaughter and myself shipped for jeans. It started getting crowded, but we never felt like we were not getting taken care of. Alice was very knowledgeable, but I don't know the name of the other lovely woman helping us!"

"Terrible. Went into exchange a gift and was told that they could not accept as it was from outside of their system. The issue was not that they couldn't assist me it was the attitude and response from the "associate." He responded that I needed to "figure it out myself" where this GAP labeled item was from. I can see why GAP is going the way of the dinosaurs..."

"No more men’s dept. If you call a couple racks of shelves “men’s” at the entrance with the entire store focus on women’s merchandise, then enjoy. Drove in from San Marcos and was very disappointed to hear they did away with men’s merchandise all but a couple racks/square feet of the entire store. The selection? The big brother to Old Navy - logo T shirts and sweaters, a few choices of the same style pant and shirt but a different color or pattern. Some log baseball caps. Hello J Crew! You just won me for life."

"Came in just to check out the Yeezy stuff and was pleasantly surprised. It was probably my first time in a GAP and I gotta say the staff were super cool, the selection was great, and I left with a full bag. I ended up not buying any of the Yeezy stuff but I really liked the Gap brand stuff. Will definitely be back!"

"Update: I don't go to this store much anymore because of the super small men's section. Well, since they closed the Arboretum location if I want something from the Gap this is the closest one to go to, so here I am. I think this one should be renamed, "The Gap for Women" because the men's section is even smaller now than before. One size of every different style of jean that Gap makes. Several Gap t-shirts in various colors, a few pairs of Gap shorts and a smattering of button up shirts. That's it. Don't try and ask for help there either. For one, it's hard to tell who works there and who is shopping. Would be nice if they all at least wore the same color on the same day or something. Not once while I was there did anyone offer to help me find anything. I guess because of the size of the men's dept they figured there wasn't much I could ask them that I couldn't figure out on my own. At checkout, the credit card machine kept declining everyone's sale. The clerk explained that it does that to everyone on their first try and that it should 'go through' on the second try. Get your machine fixed for heaven's sake. Even though I said something to the lady at checkout, I still managed to get home and have a security tag still attached to one of the shirts I bought. Ugh! What happened to the Men's Section??! This used to be my favorite Gap store to come to in all of Austin. Great management team wonderful sales people but nothing to sell to me anymore :-( guess it's online buying time again"
