"The two lady’s working the counter on this Jan 13th at 1230 in the afternoon were more worried about talking about there boyfriends then greeting the customers standing there waiting for the cashier to acknowledge the fact we were waiting, customer service at its finest right there!!! This generation blows my minds"
"Absolutely disgusting treatment today. These people (Supposedly) hired loss prevention that stalked me through the whole damn store while I was shopping. I complained about this person to his face and told him to stop following me only to get a rude Curt response. I call the manager over and tell her how upset I was because at first I didn't recognize what was going on. Somebody in 76° weather wearing sweatpants and a hoodie walking back and forth through the store constantly looking at me and he has his hands in the front pouch of his hoodie. I'm sorry in this day and age with all the random shootings that's more than a little suspicious. I have specific training in these things and found it very concerning and told the manager they need to stop what he's doing because I've been assaulted before and at first I felt like I was being stalked, and then I started worrying he was potentially going to cause harm to the store or the employees, maybe Rob the store because he had his hands in his pocket like he was hiding something. Once I talked to one of the ladies I knew that worked there as she was walking outside and confirmed he was loss prevention I then spoke to the supervisor about his behavior. I have spent a lot of money in that store since they've been open and have a big credit card for them as well. I just went in to try to use some of my rewards points and left totally stressed out and full of anxiety from the situation and the way I was treated. Unbelievable and it seems like they may have called the police on me which I'm going to verify because I was told that my license plate was ran and I didn't have any officers around me when it was heard (it was awhile after I left and driving). I will never step foot in that store again and I'm calling corporate on them in the morning because that behavior is unacceptable in our community. Maybe they need to close down and stick to Austin."
"Kathy is rude. She talks to customers like they are dumb and is absolutely a jerk. On multiple occasions she has been rude to me, my husband, my toddler and my mom. I hate going in there and seeing her. In fact if I see her we normally walk past the store and avoid it that day. Please someone tell this lady she is too old to not know how to treat people."
"Pretty impressed. I found two kitchen items that I was looking for of good quality for an excellent price. I had been looking for a while and was impressed with what I found there. I also found another item that I had already purchased and paid about twice as much for. I will check HomeGoods first from now on."
"Successful trip to fund items for my kitchen. While there we perused the fall/Halloween decor. Found a few pieces to add to my collection of witch decor and Dia de los Muertos."
