"I bought 2 Vince sweaters, a cashmere and a wool. Both of them fell apart. I wore the cashmere cardigan 1x. It was never cleaned. The sweater was pulled on the backside. I took it to the tailor and dry cleaners. They could not fix it. They told me it was the quality of material. The second wool sweater was itchy. So, I had it dry cleaned. I never wore it. That material looked awful after cleaning it. When I called the local Vince store in the Domain and spoke with Stephen, he blamed the dry cleaners. I have been using this dry cleaners for years. I have had lots of cashmere wool sweaters by other designers cleaned here. I have never had a problem. Stephen wouldn't consider Vince may be responsible for the quality of the material. Without even seeing the sweater, he insisted on going back to the cleaners and holding them responsible. Even if I went to the worst dry cleaners in town, the fabric should hold up better than 1 wear or 1 cleaning. I will no longer be purchasing Vince clothing. For high end clothing, they don't stand by their products. Customer service is terrible. There are better quality clothing at this price point."
