"I went into the store to purchase some sunglasses, and I was treated very rudely and unprofessionally. I asked the manager Marcia if she could help me with some sunglasses because my eyes were hurting and were sensitive to light. She said in very loud and rude tone: “this isn’t A class service. Just pick a set and move on. I’m not here to cater to you”. She rushed me and wouldn’t even let me try on more than three pairs, and told me she has better things to do with her time than help me out. I felt very hurt and offended and could not believe a manager could speak to me this way. I was not expecting A class service, just basic decent human behavior, I will be reporting Marcia to her boss, Karen, and will be filing a formal grievance to HR. I shop at kohl’s all the time, and have never been treated so poorly in all this time. Marcia deserves serious disciplinary action. My eyes were literally hurting all day and I was in pain and discomfort, there was no need to be so rude to a person already having ophthalmology medical issues. I am a medical doctor and if I ever treated a patient this way, I would be fired."

"The Amazon return strategy really works! We were there to return Amazon package. The place is nice, clean and quite. Staffs are also sweet and helpful. We could not help but looked around the store. Then we bought stuff and also become its members… they really have good discount and they also have everything. It’s a place to shopping around once in a while."

"Talked to 3 different employees while looking for the Amazon counter (first thinking it would be at customer service) and they were all unnecessarily rude. Only the young man working the Amazon counter was pleasant. Fitting rooms are closed so don't bother coming to try anything on (which is the whole point of a clothing store). Messy, disorganized racks are just the cherry on top, with no excuse for such disorganization given that the fitting rooms are closed, so it's not like employees are spending time cleaning them. Management at this store is seriously lacking and needs to take a good hard look at how they're leading their team. Huge thumbs down"
