"Had a horrible experience. Went in to get exchanges. Then I asked about getting a replacement part. Was told they didn't carry the part I was looking for. I was looking for a Hobart part, RussMoore(name on receipt) just said that they only had Miller at the time, said Hobart was the cheap version of it. No need for the comment, I am aware of the equipment and I was just asking for a part. I did ask if he knew where I could get it. Just immediately said no and that's it. Horrible experience, usually people at least have recommendations. Spent $180 dollars on two bottle exchanges would be nice to have a friendly helpful customer service on staff Will not be doing business with them in the future."
