"I've tried twice to shop here and get here when they're supposed to be open (11am) 6 minutes after and the shop is still dark. The other time I came in at 11:05 and the sales person told me to wait because she still hadn't opened the cash register. I don't live close by and this is very irritating!!! I don't think the third time will be a charm. There won't be one."

"Discriminatory service. I have never shopped at chicos before but lately the ad has popped up in my feed and i liked the clothes. I was at the Barton Creek Mall in Austin yesterday and walked past the store. I liked the pieces on display so I went in to take a look. The store assistant immediately asked me if I was looking for something specific and I told her I was just browsing. She then paused a moment and asked me if i would like to give her my shopping bag (I had shopped at Express and was carrying the bag with me). I gave her a confused look and she said it looked heavy. It was not heavy and I was not struggling to carry it. Im brown skinned and it looked like she did not trust me and was discriminating against me. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth and i did not feel like shopping there."
