"I loaded up a cart with just over 1500 lbs of lumber the other day. Took me about 45 minutes to do it by myself (with my 4 year old son supervising). While I labored picking up and maneuvering 10ft long 2x10s (55+lbs each), a Hutto Home Depot employee lounged about 30 feet away from me and watched the entire time. Towards the end, two other Home Depot guys came by to get a forklift. The young one hopped in and scooted it up to where I was still loading. He sat in his forklift for a couple of minutes watching me load, and then finally had the gall to ask, "How much more wood do you need to load? Are you going to be a while?" because I, as a customer, was inconveniencing him. I thought surely one of these 3 home depot employees would offer to help a customer load up a ridiculous pile of lumber instead of literally just standing around a watching. But maybe that's not their policy. Are Home Depot employees supposed to /not/ be helpful?"

"I go to Home Depot more often than I like to admit! The app is very useful for telling me where everything is. It also usually recognizes which store I'm in so I don't have to go in and manually ask it to show me the products in the store I'm at. Returns are very easy and the return policy is generous. I've bought a lot of things here for my home and the hours are so much more convenient than the local plant nursery's, so I've been thinking of buying outdoor plants here, too. This Home Depot has a stray cat that lives outside that they take care of. Very pretty cat!"
