"0 stars I was supposed to be delivered today 6/22/2023 and I received a call from rent a center on ed Bluestein (manor rd) instead of the store manager explaining to me the problem,I was getting charged $50 deposit i didn't mind I was supposed to pay upon delivery. I started asking questions because from $50 dollar deposit it went up to $150 after I started asking questions "the store manager " raised his voice at me and said "take your Business somewhere else " I'm a manager my self and haha this "manager " needs training. As well as the sales person a female . First of all the manager is there to be the leader period. Rent a Center Needs to train their people before letting them take a job they aren't fit for ."

"The store has HORRIBLE customer service. They will harass you on the day your payment is due. They have had so many managers come and go. This is my first AND LAST time purchasing from ANY Rent A Center!! ALL of these stores should be SHUT DOWN!! There collection efforts and phone calls are violating every COLLECTION guideline there is. The "newest" manager at this store Deborah calls me twice sometimes three time a day the day my payment is due. She even sent me a text message which is TOTAL HARASSMENT!! If I could have given this entity a zero I would have. I am SERIOUSLY thinking about taking this legal. consumers DO NOT rent from this place."
