"Very disrespectful and rude. Definitely need to hire people with better customer service I’ve worked in customer for years and never seen such bad customer service. They need to let the manager go as many bad reviews as he’s gotten. They barged into my house while I was at the hospital with my son. They keep charging me more than what they’re supposed to. I couldn’t answer my phone because I was in the hospital with my son due to seizures. I got called the B word by the manager while the other associate just walked away like he didn’t hear a thing. When I tried to show them proof I wasn’t answering my phone cause my son was in the hospital they wouldn’t look at it. They should really be ashamed."

"Just a horrible mess, first time dealing with rent a center. I needed something right away and how ever it started off great, but the store manager George whew needs better customer service skills. I don’t know how he made it to store manager, but black people the hate. Nasty attitudes, very belligerent and stand off ish"

"George was incredibly helpful. We had no plans to go into the store but happened to walk by it and ended up buying a couch. With George's help the whole process was super easy and they delivered it within 48 hours. The delivery driver's couldn't have been nicer also. George is really good at what he does, I never felt pressured and he went above and beyond at every step."
