Jersey Mike's Subs

"TWICE(!!!)(11/6/23-11/10/23) this week I ordered Jersey Mikes, ones through their app for free delivery promotion and once through GrubHub. Same sandwich, club sub add pickles. BOTH(!!!) times no pickles. The first time the manager refunded me directly, second time grubhub refunded me directly. I WANT my darn pickles! They're what makes the sub!!!"

"CHECK OUT ALL THE RECENT 1 STAR REVIEWS AND AVOID THIS JERSEY MIKE’S. GO TO ANY OF THE OTHER SEVERAL LOCATIONS NEAR BY, BUT AVOID THIS JOKE OF A SANDWICH SHOP!!!! THE GENERAL MANAGER DOES NOT VALUE THE CUSTOMER OR THEIR EXPERIENCE IN HIS STORE! THIS STORE IS NOTHING MORE THAN A STAIN ON THE JERSEY MIKE’S BRAND!!!! Today I went in the store to pick up a sandwich and actually met the “general manager”. I now understand why the customer service is always sooooooo bad. He obviously has no actual customer service skills or training. He could care less about the customer or their experience in his store and does not actually listen to anything they are saying and definitely does not care. This is the single worst Jersey Mike’s I have ever been to from a customer service standpoint. Besides todays issue, 3 times mine and my children’s delivery from the Jersey Mike’s app has not shown up at all, yet they do nothing and the manager could care less. They do not value you as a customer and so you should take your business anywhere else."

"Last week as I'm eating with my coworker at firehouse subs, he tells me that his favorite sandwich shop is jersey mikes. I've never been and was skeptical as to how good Jersey mikes could be if I've never even been to it. So the next day at work, my coworker and I decided to go to Jersey Mike's and it almost felt like a blind date. My go-to sandwich at any place is the Italian so before getting there I knew that's what I was going to order. We walk in and at first glance the place is clean and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. I let them know it's my first time there and that my buddy talked a big game about how good it is. The lady taking my order lit up with excitement. I've never seen someone more excited to make my sandwich. She starts grabbing the meats and running it over the meat slicer and immediately I'm already impressed with the fact that I'm getting fresh slices which isn't something I've ever seen at a sandwich shop. As she's putting the meats and cheese on the bread she asked if I'd like it cooked, and I thought absolutely. I was thinking it would be like subway where they heat it up and boy I was wrong. She calls out loud for the Italian to be cooked and boom, my bread and meats are on the flat grill cooking away. Now at this point, I've got all kinds of feelings going on internally and I find myself falling in love. I haven't fell for food like this in what seems like years. Maybe I have the red colored lenses on so I try and dial back my excitement. The food comes off the grill and I add lettuce, tomatoes, red pepper sauce, jalapeños, bananas peppers, a little mayo, oil and vinegar, and topped it off with some salt and pepper. This pretty little Italian is looking so sexy I can't bear to wait. I get to the register and she said because it's your first time, I'm just going to charge you for the drink. OMG, as if this couldn't get any better, I mean, I have a company with the name Jersey in it offering me the finest of southern hospitality. At this point I can't wait to sit down and dine with this beauty. Pleasure town doesn't even begin to describe my first bite, if I could elope to Vegas and marry a sandwich, it would be with this one. Instead, I ate it and have been thinking about it ever since. I love and miss you, my first original Italian sandwich from Jersey mikes. I give 10 stars even if the app only allows 5."

"This store needs an adult in it at all times. The kids here today are all goofing off, 3 of which are VERY stoned, soda fountain still broken, every table was dirty, and cooler unstocked. Oh and off duty employee in there distracting and goofing off with the employees on the clock. Wont be back to this location."

"Great tasting food. Service a little slow in this branch, even when not busy. Also they completely rang up my bill incorrectly. It looked like this happen to the person in front of me too, that's why it took them so long to serve us."
