"I’ve been coming through the drive thru at this location for a long time now but for the last couple weeks it’s been taking around 10 minutes to order when it used to only take a couple before. Every single time my boyfriend and I have gone through drive thru we have been told to wait for minutes at a time! The customer service used to be amazing and the workers are still nice but but the wait time has been ridiculous. I will not be returning to this location unless I have 20 minutes to spare in the line!!!"

"The steamed rice was a wet, solid mass. I asked for fresh rice and was told it was fresh. The manager gave me a new serving and it is also a mostly wet mass. Hard to believe an Asian restaurant can’t steam rice. This is not the first time I’ve gotten poor quality food and service from Panda Express. I will not be returning."

"We ordered the 3 entree. I know goods are expensive but we didn't get enough food for what we paid for. The walnut shrimp (with an upcharge of $1.50) barely filled the small box and even the chowmein was noticeably much less than the usual amount we get. Disappointed."

"Food is awful. Spent 12$ and my time to get a food that I am not going to eat. Beijing beef poorly made, it usually has that spice and sweet combination and today it is like burned. Angus steak is more vegetables that steak. Barely 3 pieces of steak. Even the rice was terrible."

"I was in the area shopping and needed to stop by a place to go. They were super busy as it was around 6:30pm on Saturday. There was only one person serving the walk-in customers and everyone else was serving drive through customers. I stood in the line for around 10 mins until it was my turn to start ordering. They ran out of few entree choices which I was looking forward for. Overall food was what you’d expect. I didn’t have any complaints what I ate there."
