"Worst service ive had in my 30 years of going to autozones ive been in 5 states this place is the worst management period employees are terrible"
"Poor customer service. All I needed was 2 items that I walked to get myself, didn't require any assistance at 9:43am. No one but one customer that was getting assistance at register, there were 3 other employees who could've assisted me at the register to check out, as many times as they passed me up while I waited patiently. I finally get a short Hispanic woman with tattoos walk by and tell me she could get me at the next Register over but the way she said it was so rude, I tried to brush it off by telling her I heard here but I was grabbing my things I had placed on the counter because they had gotten heavy while waiting 20 mins in line prior to her taking the initiative to finally help me. I walk over to where she was and she asked me if I was mad. Who in the world asks a customer that? While having a smirk on her face. I will drive to oriellys 1 minute down the road. Thank you ma'am for your poor customer service."
"While the location is convenient, customer service is lousy and unprofessional. I wasn’t even the customer who experienced it. I witnessed another customer waiting at the cashier in front of me for almost 15 minutes, a young man finally attended the cashier but let another young man cut the customer that was waiting. By the way they interacted you can tell the two young men were siblings. Well the customer that’s been waiting dropped her items and walked out. I was next in line; as the young man finished his transaction he continued to chat with the cashier attendant. Not acknowledging I was even there, finally the young man with a female friend walked out and the door alarms went off. They set them off again and again while laughing, most likely he was given some items for free. The manager wasn’t around or didn’t seem too bothered to watch the front. What a joke of place, I wouldn’t be surprised if new management takes over which I hope it does."
