Outback Steakhouse 1651 North Interstate Highway 35, Round Rock, TX 78664

"Ordered ahead for curbside pickup. Was told it'd be 15--20 minutes. I arrived at exactly 20 minutes later, and called in to let them know what spot I was parked in. I waited 30 minutes and 2 followup calls before I went inside. I waited inside for another 10 minutes without any explanation. The restaurant was only about 1/3 full. There were 6 other people waiting inside for delayed curbside pickup. As soon as I got in my car I checked my order. The steak was properly cooked but cold(not even warm-COLD). The fries were cold and soggy. My salad was on the bottom and of course, warm, with limp lettuce, after having hot food sitting on top of it until it was cold. No explanation but seemed well staffed. This was 1 1/2 hours before the super bowl. They made NO offer for compensation to any of us waiting. I come here frequently because it's convenient and usually very quick to have food ready to deliver, with hot being hot, and cold being cold. I will give them another chance but if there are anymore unexplained delays I won't return. Texas Longhorn is just as convenient."

"Went with a friend. Food was not bad, but service was extremely lack luster. Server seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Wasn’t attentive at all. Never took any dirty plates off of the table between courses. Entire service was slow the entire time, restaurant was not busy at all. We were charged an asp fee on a Togo order and wasn’t aware of what it was. Server truly dampened our experience. As a person who is also in the industry I was very disappointed in the service I received from start to finish"

"Just dined in here after Texas Roadhouse had a long wait. First time here for my boyfriend and I both. We found a hair in his shrimp, sent it back. I worked in the service industry for years & I would think as a manager you would come out and apologize or atleast try to give the table a free dessert/take something more off their bill other than the shrimp that had a long hair in it. We were very disgusted after that hair and didn’t eat the rest of our dinner. Will not be eating at an outback again."

"The ambiance was excellent, and the steak and soup were of high quality. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner, and the service was impeccable. Their homemade blended butter and bread were also incredibly delicious. A Must Visit steakhouse in town …5 out of 5 !!!"

"Tori is honestly the best server I have had in a VERY long time. Went to this Outback for my birthday dinner and saw that there was a sign on the door stating that due to technical difficulties, there would be no baked potatoes. Soul crush, but fine. Tori was our server, and after agonizing together about the lack of baked potatoes my mom spilled the introverts nightmare beans about why we were at the restaurant that evening. Fast forward to entrees, and here comes Tori with a fully loaded baked potato, birthday candle squarely on top. Tori is truly the hero I didn't know I needed to start this next rotation around the sun off right. If you go here and happen to get her, be at ease. She's a professional and a delight."
