"Service is was not great here. When I came in the restaurant it was empty. 2 employees, 1 working and the other doing nothing. I stayed at the register assuming I would get attended but I didn't. I had to scream over the loud music. "I have a pickup order". The employee doing nothing still just stood around until the other one told him to attend me. When my food was ready I was told have a good night by the employee that didn't want to attend me while his back was turned to me. The food was great but the service and dining area needed some attention."
"The absolute worst. No bacon, the burgers were bland.my girl asked for add jalapeños. They only put jalapeños no condiments at all on her burger. For 36.00, you figure they would get something right. Check the burger before you leave. Very unhappy. Will never go there again.how do you give someone a dry hamburger.."
"Fantastic group of guys we’re working tonight (09/24/2023). Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Extremely empathetic and personally connect with their customers. These guys know how to make customers feel welcomed, appreciated, respected and part of the family. I hope the store manager reads this and does his/her best to retain them. Definitely deserve a raise/promotion."
"You can never go wrong with Five Guys. The burgers are on point and the fries are well seasoned. At this location, the employees were friendly and the inside is clean and spacious. The prices have gone up lately but we will continue to eat at Five Guys"
