"This is the worst Pizza Hut place ever. They have absolutely no control of their kitchen. They cannot even estimate the right time for pick up. This place is extremely disorganized, a complete mess."

"I walked in and Kristina took my order. I was having a sad day and her smile was contagious! She was helpful and kindly explained it would be 10-15 minutes for order to be ready and I said that I would wait in my car. I fully had the intention to come back inside to get my order but Kristina surprised me by bringing it out to my car! I was grateful and drove home. But when I was taking my pizza inside, I noticed a handwritten note from Kristina which was positive and uplifting! She made my day! I smiled the whole time I was enjoying my lunch and I am so thankful for her kind words! Pizza Hut Pflugerville rocks!!!"

"I really enjoyed my food during my latest visit. Everything was even ready a few minutes before the time quoted on my order (I did take-out). Everything was cooked well and portioned well. And everything was cooked together, meaning all my food was the same temp (I ordered 3 separate items), so everyone could eat right away without having to reheat anything. Staff was friendly as well and engaged me at appropriate intervals until my food was ready. And they actually smiled."

"Ordered on a Friday, knowing full well it would take some time to get our order. Ordered $70 worth of menu items and 1 thing was missing (mistakes happen). When I called it seemed like I was an inconvenience, tried to just give me a credit instead of delivering my forgotten item and when I stated the item missing was for someone on a special diet the person on the phone seemed to get annoyed. Don't get annoyed with the customer when it is the businesses fault. Do better!"
